We have been EU certified organic since 2013 and produce our wines biodynamically.
For us, this includes attentive observation of the vineyard ecosystem, ensuring that fertilisation and plant protection are biodynamic where necessary, cultivating legumes and wild herbs in the vineyards to maintain biodiversity, and positively influencing the health of the vines with herbal teas and plant extracts.
This way of living and working allows us to create individual wines that develop their own specific character.
